We provide free shipping to everybody residing in India. We also provide Cash on Delivery to most parts of India. Although, we apologize if we are unable to cover your pin code due to logistic constraints.

You could expect your order anytime from 12 to 15 days after placing your order with us. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email where you could track your parcel. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, riots or local unrest to name a few, your parcel might be delayed. Please bear with us that natural calamities are an Act of God and we would be helpless in such a situation.

We will provide you with the "Proof of Delivery" for your order. However, we are also not responsible for packages that show as "Delivered" to you but are lost or not received by you.  Please check the tracking details to see who has received the parcel at the address given by you.

For international orders, we use a standard shipping rate of USD 35 for orders upto a value of USD 250. All orders with a value of USD 250 and above qualify for free international shipping. International orders usually take about 10 to 20 days to reach depending on the country from where you order. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

We take no responsibility for clearing customs in your country and the extra charges you may incur due to the same. Please check with your local authorities before you place your order.

At Shibui, your satisfaction is our first priority. We will go out of our way to provide you with the best quality product. However, if you do not like our product, you may send it back to us with the original packaging intact within 30 days of receiving it on the following address. Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable.








Please ensure that the product is unused, nor manhandled due to human error. We will not accept products which are filthy, used, broken or in bad condition.

If you do not like our quality and want to return your order, we will ask you no questions and happily refund your payment. 

All Sales are final and the products bought during the sale period are non-returnable. We do not offer Cash Refunds or exchange on sale items. 

Any product bought with the use of a discount code is only valid for exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash refund for the same.


Shibui is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
